1 General Provisions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the baji bed platform ("Platform") and the baji bed authority ("we" or "the Authority"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Platform, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services — including casino, slots, live casino, cricket, and other sports betting. The Authority reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; notice of changes will be published on the Platform.

3.1 Account Suspension and Closure

The Authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for investigation purposes. In such cases, the user may contact the Authority via email or live chat.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following methods are available for depositing and withdrawing funds on the baji bed platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).

5.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• The Authority reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of unusual or systematic betting patterns.
• All decisions regarding bonuses are final.

5.3 VIP Cashback

baji bed offers weekly cashback across four VIP program tiers. Cashback is paid at a set rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings): Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the baji bed platform will be settled according to the applicable rules. Bets that are not completed due to a technical fault or system issue will be considered void and the relevant funds will be refunded.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If a match or event is cancelled by the event organiser.
• If incorrect odds are displayed and the error is clear.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault.
• If a match starts before or after its scheduled time (where applicable).

6.2 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention
